our delicious
Light and Healthy Choices Breakfast Buffet served from 7:30 am - 10:00 am.
We will have a freshly baked goodie every day - crystal trays full of
scones, muffins, tarts or strudel. There will be a big fruit bowl,
yogurt, homemade granola, berries, and juice. Our locally roasted coffee will be freshly ground and
brewed, waiting for you.
The morning editions of the San Francisco Chronicle and our local
Times-Standard will be in the library and parlor.
When available, we choose organic products and use only the freshest,
most choice ingredients, such as Humboldt Creamery milk and cheese, cage
free/free range organic eggs, and organic flour, sugar, and butter.
Our fruit is chosen from our local farmers markets and co-ops. We also choose 100%
Guatemalan organic rain forest beans and grind them fresh every
morning. The beans are roasted locally for us, just over the hill in
Petrolia.
Tea connoisseurs are delighted with our organic Republic of Tea, Stash
and Gypsy Tea selections.
